A lovely soft and sweet coffee to come back to whenever you have had enough of the more acidic Africans and want a safe landing. And you land straight in a soft pile of feathers! Made for the espresso machine, but fans of full-bodied coffee will get a good result in a French press or brewed straight in the cup too. If we had to find a match in the wine lexicon, we would name Amarone.
